Kristen Miele has been a sexual health educator for 15 years in all types of settings. She is the owner and founder of Sex Ed Reclaimed which provides families with a full video library of age-appropriate sexual health education made just for kids ages 3 to 18. In this episode, Kristen tells it like it is, which is exactly what you want and need in a sex educator. She encourages us to also be direct when we’re educating our kids about all things sex related. Kristen equips us with basic tips and tricks on how to avoid shame when talking to our kids about sex, gender, and sexuality.
